Vulcan Elements is building a greenfield Production Control system to manage material handling across receiving, warehousing, WIP, and shipping. This role will define the data backbone and workflows connecting ERP, MES, and WMS to enable end-to-end material movement.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will translate schedules into material readiness, validate routes, and drive standard work and performance measures across shifts and areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years in production control, industrial engineering, or similar factory-facing roles.
• Experience designing material-flow systems and production-control workflows in a complex plant.

Aufgaben

• Design and stand up core Production Control workflows for receiving, warehousing, inventory control and shipping.
• Define material-flow models, layouts, and replenishment routes for the plant.
• Establish data structures and transaction logic across ERP, MES, WMS and related systems.
• Develop standard work, visual controls, escalation paths, and operating routines.
• Identify constraints and lead cross-functional improvements to reduce waste and variability.
