Vulcan Elements is building a greenfield Production Control backbone to manage material flow from receiving to shipping. The role blends industrial engineering, production control, and manufacturing systems to enable end‑to‑end material and information flow across Supply Chain and Production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a closely related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in production control, industrial engineering, manufacturing logistics, or a similar factory-facing engineering/analytical role.
• Experience designing or improving material-flow systems, production-control workflows, inventory/WIP controls, or related systems.
• Strong analytical and systems capability with ERP, MES, WMS, BI, SQL or comparable tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and stand up core Production Control workflows for receiving, warehousing, inventory control, line-side replenishment, WIP, and shipping.
• Define material-flow models, layouts, replenishment routes, and space/capacity needs for the plant.
• Establish data structures and transaction logic across ERP, MES, WMS, including lot/traceability and labeling.
• Develop standard work, visual controls, escalation paths, routines, and performance measures for consistent execution.
• Build analytical models and operating visibility for WIP, inventory, and internal logistics performance.
