Job summary

Postman is seeking a Senior or Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and messaging for Postman features and services. You will partner with engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer value and drive market penetration among developers and platform engineers.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional non-internship product marketing experience or 2+ years of post-MBA management or strategy consulting experience.
Experience in software, SaaS, Developer Tools, or DevOps
Experience building product positioning and messaging
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Responsibilities

Act as a product marketing lead for Postman features and services, and take ownership of the strategy to drive awareness and market penetration of key capabilities
Work with engineering teams to distill key functionality and benefits into customer facing value messaging
Craft compelling, and differentiated outbound product messaging and content (blogs, videos, tutorials, web pages, webinars, social media)
Enable the field on our solutions, through training and content (e.g. pitch decks and playbooks)
Plan and implement feature and service launches with operational marketing teams, including creating launch materials
Support Postman events, third party trade shows and other events to help showcase our products
