Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own product for a newly acquired consumer VPN business in a new unit. You will set strategy, roadmap, and measurement foundations for a global iOS/Android subscription app with eight-figure annual revenue.

You will be the first product owner, shaping two halves: grow the subscription business and launch a free ad-supported tier, backed by Mode.Inc’s monetization and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with consumer apps.
• Proven ability to own subscription or hybrid monetization products.
• Experience designing experiments and data-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Drive revenue, trial-to-paid conversion, retention, churn, and LTV.
• Define and optimize three purchase paths across stores and web checkout.
• Launch a free, ad-supported tier and balance ad revenue with subscriptions.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, and event-tracking on Mode.Inc’s stack.
• Establish an experimentation program for pricing, onboarding, and retention.
