Mansioni

Own the sustainment systems strategy and roadmap across operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, reliability/FRACAS, customer support, and more.
Lead and grow the cross-functional team delivering, operating, and improving these systems: product managers, software engineers, application engineers, and embedded builders.
Partner with field operations, maintainers, and supply chain to understand constraints and build the workflow, not just the stated request.
Create durable mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and roadmap management without creating a slow process.
Translate messy field problems into clear system designs and phased execution plans.
Advance two expansion bets: engineering feedback loop and sparing/inventory for readiness.
