Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, California is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the da Vinci Multiport Vision team. You will own the long‑term strategy for Multiport endoscopes and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling visualization solutions for minimally invasive surgery.

You will guide the roadmap, shape design decisions, and collaborate on commercialization, evidence, and messaging while supporting lifecycle management from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in medical device product management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in robotic endoscope workflows and imaging performance across procedures.
• Capture, refine, and validate user needs for imaging performance and translate into clear design requirements.
• Partner with engineering across optics, illumination, sensors, and imaging pipelines.
• Own and manage the Multiport endoscope roadmap from NPD through sustaining, balancing platform needs.
• Lead sustaining strategy for in-market endoscopes including field actions and obsolescence management.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch with phase-gate in a regulated medical device environment.
• Conduct VOC/VOE, segmentation, and conjoint research to inform strategy.
