Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Office of the CFO Revenue Recognition team in California. You will own a significant product area, set strategy and roadmap, and drive adoption from discovery to scale.

You will collaborate with controllers, accountants, finance leaders, auditors, and partners to translate problems into clear product requirements and ensure accurate revenue schedules across complex pricing models.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of product management experience on complex, domain-intensive products.
• Experience building finance/accounting products with accuracy, controls, and trust.
• Strong customer instincts and ability to translate needs into product requirements.
• Strategic judgment from ambiguity to execution with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define focused product strategy and roadmap with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with controllers, accountants, finance leaders, auditors, and partners.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Align with Billing, Metronome, Tax, Payments for consistent financial results.
• Shape Revenue Recognition for Stripe Billing and Metronome users.
• Scale products from prototype to production with partners.
