Job summary

Stripe's Radar team is seeking a Product Manager to lead fraud and abuse detection and controls. You will work with customers to understand attacks and translate insights into strategy and a roadmap, spanning detection capabilities and developer experiences.

You'll partner with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, scalable products, while maintaining a strong focus on user outcomes and business metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Highly analytical, with a rigorous approach to quantitative and qualitative evidence; SQL familiarity.
• Experience shipping Dashboard and API products; strong ownership.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with B2B sales collaboration.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the fraud and abuse landscape.
• Investigate emerging attacks with customers, assess impact, and identify opportunities to build defenses.
• Translate findings into a product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing high-impact defenses.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design to explore signals and turn defenses into scalable products.
• Set the pace for the team by scoping, prioritizing, and executing with high rigor.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer teams to validate demand and drive launches.
• Own product performance, user experience, and business metrics to guide iteration.
