Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior Product Manager for the Radar team to identify and translate novel fraud and abuse attacks into a compelling product strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to shape and deliver core fraud-detection capabilities and related dashboard and API products.

You will own product performance, user experience, and business metrics, balancing urgent threat response with clean, scalable product experiences

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data; able to connect product decisions to user outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of fraud and abuse landscape and emerging attacks.
• Translate insights into product strategy and a roadmap with prioritized defenses.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to turn defenses into scalable products.
• Define requirements and drive product execution across dashboards and developer APIs.
• Set aggressive but attainable milestones and maintain a high standard of product quality.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to validate demand and coordinate launches.
