Job summary

Stripe Radar is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define the strategy for fraud and abuse detection and controls. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and bring capabilities to market.

You will own product performance, UX, and metrics, translating complex customer problems into actionable requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Highly analytical with quantitative and qualitative evidence; comfortable writing SQL when needed.
• Experience shipping Dashboard and API products; empathy for both end users and developers.
• Strong commercial and business acumen; ability to translate problems into value.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, including collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to set direction with partial information.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the fraud and abuse landscape.
• Translate findings into a product strategy and roadmap; prioritize defenses with greatest impact.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design to explore signals and turn defenses into scalable products.
• Set the pace for the team by scoping, prioritizing, and executing with high rigor.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer teams to validate demand and coordinate launches.
• Own product performance, user experience, and business metrics to guide iteration.
