This role sits at the intersection of product thinking and analytical rigor. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and operations teams to instrument products, measure what matters, and translate findings into actionable product direction. Your work will enable teams to move faster, prioritize more confidently, and demonstrate measurable impact in a data-driven environment.

About the Team

The team partners across product, risk, compliance, support, and operations to build the analytical foundation that powers better decisions. We value curiosity, rigor, and the ability to make complexity legible to stakeholders at every level.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give stakeholders clear visibility into product health and performance.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to leverage predictive models, segmentation, and ML-driven signals where they add product value.
  • Define experimentation frameworks and guide teams in designing and interpreting tests rigorously.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or senior product analyst, with a strong track record of using data to drive product strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep fluency in product metrics, with the ability to define, instrument, and evolve metrics frameworks that reflect true business health.
  • Strong analytical skills, including exploratory data analysis, statistical reasoning, and experiment design. SQL proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts and techniques; hands‑on experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms, with the ability to build clear, decision‑oriented dashboards.
