Walmart Inc. is seeking an AI-native product leader to define vision, strategy, and execution for Walmart's AI-powered merchandising assistant. You will partner with engineering, data science, and business leaders to build trusted, high-impact AI experiences at enterprise scale.

The team builds shared services and a roadmap management process to scale applications and maximize impact. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and 8+ years as a product manager for large-scale products; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
• Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data.
• Guide teams in defining success metrics aligned to customer outcomes and validate across product and user dimensions.
• Influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity-sizing models.
• Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
