Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Staff Product Manager for Nexus to own the next phase of Temporal Nexus, landing the current product foundation and expanding adoption across strategic accounts. You will work closely with engineering, GTM, and customers to define the roadmap, sequencing, and developer/operator experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or equivalent experience turning ambiguous and technical strategy into shipped outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define Nexus product strategy and roadmap across teams, namespaces, services, and AI systems.
• Drive completion of in-flight Nexus work: developer experience, operations, connector foundations, identity, rate limits, and encryption.
• Lead customer discovery with design partners and strategic customers.
• Balance SDK ergonomics, contracts, codegen, service discovery, security, and control-plane needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and enablement across the company.
• Define adoption metrics: activated accounts, Nexus operations, shared-service usage, SDK coverage.
