Job summary

Anduril Industries in the Maritime Digital Production group is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead manufacturing software across factory data, MES, scheduling, and AI initiatives. You will set vision, balance investments across domains, and guide other product managers with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes.

You will work on the factory floor, partner with engineering, operations, and leadership, and navigate cross-team dynamics while aligning with CorpTech to keep roadmaps in sync.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software product management leading multi-team portfolios or cross-domain programs.
• Ability to set product vision and strategy at organizational level and drive it through teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other product managers and establishing product practices.
• Domain expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience turning functional/non-functional requirements into a prioritized backlog; familiarity with ERP/WMS/MES.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year strategy across Maritime Digital Production.
• Own the cross-domain roadmap and prioritization across factory data, MES, scheduling, and AI initiatives.
• Gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements such as capacity, performance, and reliability.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure goals reflect real needs.
• Walk the factory floor and collect frontline feedback to inform product improvements.
• Align roadmaps with partner platform teams and CorpTech to keep dependencies in step.
