Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a digital manufacturing environment, including familiarity with MES, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Strong user empathy and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand current operations and issues on the product line.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing software strategies to boost productivity, cut costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software roadmap with business objectives.
