Job summary

Dandelion Health AI is seeking a Staff Product Manager - Life Sciences to define and execute the product strategy for our life science data offerings. You will translate market insights into a clear roadmap and ship impactful data products that scale with customer needs.

You'll collaborate with commercial, engineering, and data science teams to shape requirements, set success metrics, and drive delivery from concept through launch, while thriving in a small, ambitious startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years total experience, 4+ in data products for life sciences/healthcare.
• Strong product discovery and strategy skills including customer interviews.
• Technical fluency with data infrastructure and LLMs for prototyping.
• Experience partnering with engineering and data teams on complex products.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for life science data products.
• Lead product discovery and strategic research, including market analysis and customer interviews.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to build scalable data products for life science and clinical use cases.
• Translate product strategy into requirements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
• Design and implement AI-enabled automation and workflows for data access and analysis.
• Partner with engineering and data science to shape technical approaches and drive execution.
• Evaluate product performance and iterate on features and outcomes.
• Stay current on life sciences, clinical development, and clinical AI trends.
