Job summary

Vida Health, a virtual obesity care provider in the United States, seeks a Staff-Level Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for internal operations systems. Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management focused on internal/operational systems.
• Experience designing integrations between third-party platforms and internal systems.
• Fluency reading API documentation and understanding data flows (webhooks, JSON, events).
• Comfort reading code in Python or JavaScript and knowing cloud basics.
• Track record turning messy processes into scalable systems with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder skills with senior operations leaders.
• Self-directed, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for operations systems and translate requests into a clear plan.
• Shadow support agents and ops teams to identify time and cost-saving opportunities.
• Design how systems connect via vendor APIs and internal data models and define integrations.
• Replace manual work with durable systems and automate where possible.
• Provide visibility to operations teams by enabling access to member records and histories.
• Collaborate with leaders, push back when needed, and frame problems into solutions.
• Reverse-engineer legacy systems to understand dependencies and improve architecture.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
