Vida, a virtual obesity care provider, seeks a Client Success Manager (Health Plans/PBM) to own end-to-end client relationships, launch and renew programs, and drive client satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and external partners to understand needs, analyze data, and present strategic recommendations. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in health tech/healthcare; PBM experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare landscape and payer processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Vida and ensure client success throughout the journey.
• Own end-to-end client relationships from planning, launch, ongoing management and renewal.
• Storytell Vida’s mission and impact through qualitative and quantitative analysis for clients and internal teams.
• Identify client priorities and upsell opportunities.
• Present analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Co-create marketing and engagement playbooks for client profiles.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, analytics, sales and marketing.
