Job summary

Vida, a virtual obesity care provider, seeks a Staff-Level Product Manager to own the operations systems powering member support, clinical ops, and device ops. You will map how tools talk to each other and set the long-term vision and roadmap for improvements.

You will partner with a Zendesk lead, engineers, and operations leaders, prioritizing work and shaping scalable automation across data flows and integrations. Reports to the VP of Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
• 7+ years in product management, focusing on internal, operations, or business systems.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations between Zendesk, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot or Twilio, and internal systems.
• Fluency reading API documentation and reasoning about data flows: webhooks, JSON payloads, events, sync vs. async.
• Comfortable in technical environments: read code, GitHub, AWS/Google Cloud and SQL.
• Track record turning messy processes into scalable systems with measurable outcomes.
• Judgment to fit data flows, workflows, and automations together.
• Strong stakeholder skills with senior operations leaders, including saying no when needed.
• Self-direction: navigate ambiguity, build relationships, and deliver a plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for operations systems and translate stakeholder requests into a clear plan.
• Shadow support agents and ops teams to identify bottlenecks and time-to-resolution improvements.
• Design how systems connect, read vendor APIs, and define integrations and data flows at scale.
• Replace manual work with durable systems that reduce reliance on spreadsheets.
• Provide operations teams visibility into member records and process history.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, framing requests as problems with actionable plans.
• Reverse-engineer legacy systems to map how they work from code, docs, and data.
