Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering platform products in product management, with identity systems or large-scale enterprise apps.
• Track record of defining and delivering products solving big customer problems.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to high performance.
• Deep SaaS software development understanding, with collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
• Data-driven approaches to measure success and drive business impact.
• Proven program and project management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to stale account management.
• Help Quickbooks customers work with employees and grow their business network.
• Provide thought leadership to identify customer requirements and design scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable systems.
• Set success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plans and progress.
• Drive roadmap and execution from MVP to significant releases.
• Partner with program management to manage dependencies and delivery plans.
• Work with Intuit product teams to align priorities and requirements.
• Engage end-users to understand pain points and create delightful solutions.
• Represent the team in internal and external presentations and events.
