Triumph is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive high-impact initiatives and deliver scalable solutions. You will shape the product roadmap and align cross-functional teams to execute from discovery through launch, ensuring customer-centric outcomes.

You will apply AI where it matters, mentor the product team, and influence executives to support strategic initiatives. This role is based at our Dallas headquarters with some collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management with at least 2 years in senior, staff, lead, or principal roles.
Proven track record of launching products in B2B/B2C environments.
Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, designers, and marketers.

Role Summary

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale.

A Day in the Life

As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching complex, customer‑centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision‑making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, customer experience, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision‑making.
Apply AI where it matters, where intelligence creates improvements in your product area and drive those bets from initial ideation through enablement.
Represent the voice and experiences of the customer(s).
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.
Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior, staff, lead, or principal-level role.
Expertise: Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
Leadership: Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Tools: Familiarity with Project Management Tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp), Spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel), Design (Figma, etc), and other product management tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
