HighLevel is seeking a product leader to own a defined area of the Conversations product, collaborating with engineers and designers to ship features that boost activation, adoption and retention. You will lead weekly agency calls, translate feedback into hypotheses, and run experiments to improve key metrics.

The role requires strong communication, B2B SaaS experience, and an autonomous, cross-functional mindset with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI features and capabilities.
• Ability to build hi-fi prototypes and PRDs and ship with eng/Design.
