Job summary
OpenLoop Health, Inc. is seeking a staff product manager to own the enterprise applications layer and set the roadmap for our core business systems.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT or enterprise product management experience.
- Experience owning enterprise platforms end-to-end.
- Proven ability to lead CRM implementations and platform integrations.
- Strong discovery, requirements writing, and metric-driven delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own published, prioritized roadmap for enterprise apps and make tradeoffs explicit.
- Lead the Salesforce implementation as accountable owner: scope, vendor mgmt, data migration, UAT, cutover, post-launch support.
- Drive platform delivery across Jira, Amazon Connect, and API integrations with data contracts and monitoring.
- Define and report outcome metrics (service levels, adoption, cost per seat).
