We’re growing rapidly and seek collaborative, curious, and motivated team members who are passionate about putting customers first. As a remote-first company, we empower our employees to perform their best work from anywhere.

Cribl is trusted by leading organizations across demanding industries to solve their most pressing data challenges. Ready to do your best work? Join us and unlock your potential.

Why You'll Love This Role

Are you an experienced Product Manager passionate about building and scaling partner ecosystems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and understand the nuances of technology and partner-driven business? If yes, this role offers a chance to shape our partner program and contribute to our growth as a leading company.

As our Staff Product Manager for Partner Systems, you will lead our technology strategy for our network of resellers, service partners, distributors, and marketplace integrations. You will work with Partner Operations to develop and execute roadmaps for systems like Allbound PRM, Vartopia, and their Salesforce integrations. Your role will be key in optimizing partner-facing processes, improving collaboration, and increasing revenue through partnerships. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and offers a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

As a Member of Our Team, You Will...

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for partner systems, including Allbound PRM, Vartopia, Salesforce, Tackle, Crossbeam, and related integrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner business models, workflows, and success data points.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge of Salesforce, Allbound, Vartopia, and other partner tools to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with our Engineering team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the partner experience through our systems, making engagement easier and more effective.
  • Ensure seamless integrations between partner systems and platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, NetSuite, etc.
  • Contribute to our product strategy for CSP marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure) to support these channels effectively.
  • Define key metrics to measure system success and use data to prioritize improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams like Field Operations, Partner Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align system development with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to maximize value from investments.
  • Note: This role may require working outside standard hours due to our remote, multi-time-zone environment.

What We’re Looking For...

  • 5+ years of product management experience, especially with partner-facing or channel management systems.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, PRM strategies, and partner types (resellers, service providers, marketplaces).
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud), PRM platforms (Allbound, Vartopia), and integrations (APIs, Celigo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate vision and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Additional familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker), Excel, and security considerations.
  • Passion for data and a sense of humor—bad jokes welcome! Also, a love for goats is a plus.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $185,000
The offered salary depends on location, experience, and skills. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, disability, life insurance, paid holidays and time off, fertility benefits, 401(k), equity, and a discretionary bonus.
