Headway is hiring a Staff/Principal PM to own the foundational data layer for patient legibility, segmentation, outcomes, and care costs. You’ll partner with data engineering, data science, and clinical strategy to build durable, auditable product systems.

You will design and ship infrastructure that answers whether care is effective and worth the investment, translating internal data into payer-ready insights and cost metrics at scale.

• Own complex data infrastructure products end-to-end, beyond analytics or reporting.
• Write complex SQL and work with statistical methods.
• Collaborate with data scientists as a near-peer, not a delegate.
• Navigate ambiguous domains and set product strategy with limited playbooks.
