ServiceTitan, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager for Communications Intelligence to own the end-to-end vision and execution for data, reporting, and intelligence across our Communications & Contact Center portfolio.

You will build trust in data, deliver dashboards, APIs, and AI-powered insights that help operators run contacts, texts, and emails more effectively. You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, data, and AI partners to create a cohesive data foundation and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience defining long-term vision for data/intelligence platforms.
• Strong fluency in data modeling, APIs, and analytics pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and integrated roadmap for communication data, reporting, dashboards, APIs, and AI insights.
• Establish domain-level success metrics and multi-quarter objectives across data accuracy and API adoption.
• Engage with Contact Center stakeholders to translate needs into investment theses and roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact initiatives to improve data capture, understanding, and activation of communication data.
• Own the product strategy for the Call Archive, CommHub, and Conversation Attribution data platforms and APIs.
