Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the networking roadmap for Crusoe Cloud, collaborating with Infra Eng, Cloud Software, and SRE. You will own strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure performance and scale align with AI workloads.

You will work closely with executives to translate customer insights into practical networking features, influencing revenue growth and platform reliability. This is a senior, impact-driven role with high visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or related field.
• 8+ years of technical product management or product-minded engineering with staff/group PM scope.
• Strong customer orientation with experience turning feedback into revenue/retention.
• Deep understanding of cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience building and launching networking products.
• Ability to define and scope ambiguous cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset; use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the networking product roadmap, balancing customer requests, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Define long-term vision for Crusoe's networking offerings, including cluster networking, SDN, and RDMA fabrics.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, and SRE to specify requirements and timelines.
• Translate customer insights into a networking platform that scales for AI workloads.
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to company leadership.
• Track market trends in cloud networking and translate into opportunities.
• Support go-to-market with messaging and collateral aligned to customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Crusoe's networking capabilities.
