Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager for Networking Foundations in Sunnyvale. You will define the 2-4 year vision, own vendor strategy, and set targets for performance, cost, and scalability across the distributed network powering AI workloads.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture to align roadmaps, evaluate new hardware, and translate complex tradeoffs into clear leadership narratives. Strong networking and econ acumen required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or related field.
• 8+ years in technical product management or infrastructure engineering with architecture ownership.
• Subject matter expertise in networking at scale.
• Experience with fleet-wide network architecture and topology design.
• Vendor strategy experience for long-term network investments.
• Strong grasp of infrastructure economics and capacity planning.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making for multi-year infra decisions.
• Excellent communication to engineering leadership and executives.
• Direct experience with RDMA fabrics and GPU cluster networking.

Responsibilities

• Define the 2-4 year vision and roadmap for Crusoe’s networking foundation.
• Own vendor management strategy and capital allocation for the network.
• Set performance, reliability, scalability, and cost targets for the network.
• Own cross-DC and multi-site connectivity strategy and topology design.
• Drive networking technology strategy and evaluate new hardware/vendors.
• Identify structural architecture limitations and prioritize long-term investments.
• Partner with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture on tradeoffs and requirements.
• Represent networking in leadership reviews with clear decision docs.
