Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Bare Metal to own the strategy and outcomes of a brand-new initiative. You will bridge hardware and software across compute, networking, observability, and management, defining problems and solutions in ambiguity with leadership support.

You will combine product management, solutions architecture, and process design, with depth in hardware, firmware, and OS layers, and the discipline to operate this portfolio as a business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud and computing technology, including 4+ years in product management focused on infrastructure or platform products.
• Direct experience at hardware/firmware level, able to operate across hardware, firmware and OS layers.
• Ability to design and formalize operational processes for a technical product (support workflows, incident handling).
• Deep compute and operational expertise across server hardware, bare metal provisioning, networking and large-scale fleet operations.
• Strong strategic decision making to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and balance tech constraints with business outcomes.
• Excellent ability to communicate deep technical concepts to executives and translate business goals into product direction.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership for bare metal compute, including GPU/CPU offerings and lifecycle management.
• Define end-to-end customer experience for issues, including ticketing workflow and escalation paths with Infra Ops and Support.
• Ensure tight alignment between hardware and software to deliver a differentiated bare metal experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering and infra-ops for provisioning, observability, and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with Sales/GTM to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and strong product-market fit.
• Represent the bare metal strategy to partners and executives with clear business framing.
