Job summary

AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy. The Staff PMT will define the AGSE Service strategy and roadmap, engaging airline and airport customers to translate needs into executable plans.

You will mentor PMTs, drive data-driven decisions, and align safety-critical requirements with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering, safety, and operations, and ensure delivery of a performant, reliable service.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building and shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise or operational customers, translating needs into requirements and managing relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap across autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Build KPIs across capability, performance, and reliability to drive prioritization and product health.
• Decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria with Systems Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into prioritized product investments with data-driven backing.
