Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Sr. PMT for Fleet Operations to shape the strategy, roadmap, and development of autonomous ground support vehicle software.

You will translate airline and operator needs into clear requirements and collaborate across UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations to deliver reliable fleet tools. You will oversee remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management systems, build instrumentation for data-driven decisions, and ensure scalable operation of AeroVect's AGSE service

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling with real-time performance.
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage a multi-surface product roadmap for remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather customer and operator feedback to inform priorities.
• Decompose needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations to ensure reliability.
