Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent.
• Experience owning a shared ML/AI platform for internal engineering and product teams.
• Proven success shipping AI/ML products into production on high-traffic consumer surfaces.
• Strong platform product instincts and ecosystem thinking: stakeholders, prioritization.
• Technical credibility with ML/AI teams on representation learning & infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional credibility across demanding partners.
• Governance and lifecycle discipline: deprecation, debt, cost tradeoffs.
• Strong strategic judgment and executive communication.
• Bias toward clarity and urgency in turning science into product impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and roadmap across Pinterest’s Applied Sciences portfolio.
• Partner with teams across Pinterest to boost adoption and avoid siloed deployments.
• Translate technical roadmaps into product bets with clear success criteria.
• Define and communicate platform value metrics like adoption, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate to evaluate modeling tradeoffs and scale innovations across surfaces.
