Pinterest is seeking a Product Manager to lead a cohesive Search strategy and roadmap in partnership with Executive, Product, Engineering and Design teams. You will build innovative AI/ML driven search features to help users discover inspiration and buy products.

Ideal candidates have strong product sense, experience in AI/ML products, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning diverse stakeholders. This role is based in the U.S. with in-office collaboration 1–2 times per quarter.

Qualifications

• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from stakeholders while setting a longer term vision.
• Demonstrated success in product management or related experience at fast‑growing companies, especially AI/ML based products.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments, aligning across functions, teams, and orgs to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive Search strategy and roadmap in partnership with executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Build innovative new Search features that help users discover inspiration and buy products.
• Investigate opportunities to improve the quality of the search experience on Pinterest.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and product managers to define, measure, and drive execution.
