GitLab seeks a Staff Product Manager for the AI Software Factory PLG to shape how developers discover, adopt, and derive value from GitLab’s AI-powered software creation experience. You’ll connect capabilities across the Duo Agent Platform and other product areas to create a coherent end-to-end experience and drive adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Enterprise B2B PLG or growth experience with activation, retention, expansion metrics.
• Experience using customer research, product analytics, funnel/cohort analysis, and experiments.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with AI products, developer tools, DevSecOps, or technical B2B software.
• Clear communication of product decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a 12–18-month product strategy for a cross-team AI Software Factory area.
• Own the adoption journey from discovery to time-to-first-value and expansion.
• Identify friction in end-user, admin, and buyer journeys and prioritize improvements.
• Set outcome measures using usage data, feedback, and experiments to guide direction.
• Build a test-and-learn approach with hypotheses and shared learnings across teams.
