GitLab is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Test & Code Coverage, to shape strategy and roadmap for testing and coverage across our developer platform. You will translate complex problems into actionable plans, guide engineering on diagnosis, and drive AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work while preserving trust.

You will partner with product, engineering, design, and success teams to measure outcomes, improve test quality, and accelerate safe software delivery.

Competenze

• Experience owning complex technical products or developer workflows from discovery to launch.
• Strong fundamentals in discovery, framing problems, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Ability to measure outcomes and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Proven capacity to influence across functions and stakeholders.
• Experience exploring AI or agent-driven solutions for developer workflows.
