Nectar is building the AI-native social operating system for modern brands to deepen relationships with communities and creators. We seek a Staff Product Manager, AI to own strategy and execution for AI-powered capabilities that enhance social engagement, community management, and creator relationships.

You will partner with engineering and leadership to craft AI-native workflows, define success metrics, and drive product decisions that move fast in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping successful software products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI or prompting workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to drive projects in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing in early-stage product environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of AI-powered product features from discovery through launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to build generative prompting systems, AI workflows, and model-powered features.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting research and translating insights into product improvements.
• Define and track metrics for AI-driven features such as automation impact, engagement outcomes, and accuracy.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across engagement, personalization, and operations.
• Write product specifications, test features, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Stay informed on industry developments in AI, generative tech, and social commerce.
