Job summary

Luxury Presence seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions for our real estate clients. You will lead the strategy and ship with your own engineering team, setting standards and safeguards to maintain quality across the platform.

You will manage constraints across many independent domains, drive experimentation, and define how we measure impact for clients, with a strong focus on rendering, crawlability, and structured data to improve organic discovery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined across SEO and product management
• Experience shipping alongside engineering teams
• Platform hosting many independent customer domains or websites

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform
• Own the technical foundations across rendering, crawlability, indexation, and page performance
• Productize recurring issues across the fleet via better defaults and automation
• Make client brands and listings legible to AI assistants and define metrics for citations and visibility
• Run a real experimentation program with representative cohorts and measurable impact
• Own migration quality and automated checks to maintain platform-wide search quality
