Job summary

Webflow seeks a Staff Product Manager, AI to own the agent platform underneath Source, including the framework, sessions, memory, and evaluation components. You will coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Data to set direction, drive delivery, and ensure safe, auditable agent autonomy.

You'll build durable primitives used across Source workstreams, define quality standards, and shepherd two audiences—developers and marketers—through a single evolving platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with AI focus
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
• Ability to own strategy for large, ambiguous product areas
• Experience building developer-grade tools and marketing-facing products

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform under Source
• Ensure agents are safe and auditable with clear disclosure and permissions
• Define quality bar, evals, guardrails, and metrics for agent experiences
• Build primitives that multiple Source workstreams ship on
• Roll out MCP and CLI interfaces to enable external agents
• Centralize context with durable, governance-driven agent instructions
• Collaborate with leadership and other workstreams to align on strategy
• Prototype ideas and contribute directly in code when needed
• Stay ahead of AI landscape shifts and translate to product decisions
