Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design for the Agentic CMS and related Content/Localization work within the Build pillar. You will own end-to-end experiences that enable marketing teams and AI agents to author, govern, and publish content across sites and channels.

You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape content models, API affordances, and product strategy, while delivering cohesive, scalable design across enterprise workflows and localization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product design with a portfolio.
• Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences.
• Systems thinking at scale; ability to design across interconnected surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic CMS end-to-end from discovery to publishing workflows.
• Design for humans and AI agents with appropriate controls and trust signals.
• Maintain a coherent system across surfaces while keeping flows simple.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape content models and API affordances.
• Present work to senior leaders and connect CMS to the broader Webflow platform.
