Job summary

Bobyard, a fast-growing AI-powered takeoff platform, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the 2–3 year roadmap across core takeoff and future pre-construction workflows. You will partner with ML and engineering to decide where models automate, where humans stay in the loop, and how we measure accuracy and trust, while mentoring other PMs and raising the product bar across the function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with strategy ownership.
• Shipped at least one AI/ML/B2B product with traction.
• Experience building AI/ML-driven products or B2B software.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity: you make the call, explain the reasoning, and adjust fast when the data changes.
• Ability synthesize input from customers, sales, and engineering into a clear, defensible plan and get senior stakeholders behind it.
• Fast learner with domain expertise quickly.
• Mentored PMs or helped build product practices on a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across takeoff platform and adjacent workflows, turning it into an actionable roadmap.
• Be the deepest customer expert, building relationships with estimators, PMs, and GCs to inform product direction.
• Lead initiatives from thesis to scale, sizing opportunities and driving prototypes to repeatable revenue.
• Shape the AI product experience with ML/engineering leads on model automation, human-in-the-loop, and trust metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and CS leadership on positioning, pricing, and launches.
• Raise the product bar by writing specs, prioritizing, measuring outcomes, and mentoring others.
