AACI Group, Inc. aims to simplify access to insurance in disaster-prone regions by building AI-native agencies and digital services.

We seek a Staff Product Manager to drive the end-to-end experience for our AI-native insurance agencies and loss prevention services. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate our mission into usable, impactful technology while balancing stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in software or digital services.
• Experience launching AI/ML products.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience prototyping lightweight MVPs using AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle across AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
• Prototype concepts with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas without heavy engineering.
• Maintain documentation for stakeholders.
• Define clear success metrics for accountability across teams.
• Blend quantitative data analysis with qualitative user feedback to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across the business to align product development with strategic objectives.
• Ensure product compliance with regulations and data security best practices.
