Job summary

Weights & Biases, now part of CoreWeave, seeks a Staff Product Manager to own infra-native tools spanning experiment tracking and compute orchestration. You will collaborate with frontier AI teams to define how our platform accelerates AI workflows on thousands of GPUs.

Reporting to Product, you will shape strategy, partner with CoreWeave teams, and ship high-impact capabilities across W&B Launch, infra insights, and new automated research workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or ML infra.
• Track record shipping production-grade developer tools for ML or AI teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship infrastructure-native products that connect W&B and CoreWeave.
• Own W&B Launch and evolve it for the CoreWeave era with deeper infra awareness.
• Work with frontier AI teams to understand workflows and drive roadmap.
• Bridge product and platform engineering across two organizations becoming one.
• Identify and resolve friction in job submission, compute management, and observability.
• Explore new concepts at the hardware-software boundary and evaluate high-impact ideas.
