Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Models to shape the experiment tracking workflow used by leading AI teams. You’ll improve how researchers design experiments, visualize runs, and decide next steps across thousands of iterations.

You’ll partner with engineering and design, own the end-to-end roadmap for models, and translate user learnings into product decisions that accelerate research and production milestones.

Qualifications

• You've lived the ML researcher's workflow.
• You have 3+ years of product management experience on technical products for developer or researcher audiences.
• You have strong instincts for data visualization and product design.
• You reach for AI tools instinctively (e.g., Claude, Codex).
• You're technically fluent and can discuss evaluation methodology with engineers.
• You communicate with clarity and precision to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advance the researcher's daily workflow by driving the roadmap for runs organization and comparison.
• Rethink training visualization to surface loss curves, system metrics, evals mid-run.
• Make evaluations a first-class part of experiment tracking and analysis across runs and steps.
