About the Role

Your responsibilities will include helping productize the continuous training loops our team develops and shaping the user experience for our customers. You will work in an environment of ambiguity, experiment rapidly, and drive impact from prototype to production.

• Productize continuous training loops and design user‑facing tools (dashboards, APIs, scripts).
• Collaborate closely with product and data engineering teams to iterate on feature design.
• Deliver high‑quality, well‑tested code that runs at scale (CUDA kernels, LLM tracing dashboards, etc.).
• Experiment and ship quickly, learning from failures and dropping what does not work.

Qualifications

We’re looking for engineers who learn fast, ship value, and own end‑to‑end solutions.

• Experience building large‑scale machine learning pipelines or agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and cloud orchestration (Kubernetes). Familiarity with ML frameworks such as Megatron or Unsloth is a plus.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance‑engineering skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across distributed teams.
• Demonstrated impact in prior projects or open source contributions; formal education is considered less important than outcome.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $188,000 – $275,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Location and Work Arrangement
