Responsibilities

• Own 0-to-1 discovery for new product opportunities from problem identification through validation and scale.
• Lead hands-on customer discovery and research, defining learning goals and translating insights into product decisions.
• Frame ambiguous problems with clear customer problems, hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Rapidly create concepts and prototypes using design and AI-assisted tools.
• Partner cross-functionally across Product, Design, UXR, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy, and Legal.
• Build narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
