Job summary

Bugcrowd is seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI & Data to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its data and intelligence backbone. You will be the Architect of the Signal, turning raw test results from vulnerability scans, pen tests, and bug bounty submissions into validated, prioritized intelligence customers can trust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across security and data platforms.
• Ability to translate multi-source data into a trusted output.
• Understanding of vulnerability testing, bug bounty and threat data.
• Experience shaping data strategy and platform roadmaps.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional impact at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bugcrowd's AI & Data pillar.
• Design automated triage and deduplication across test types.
• Build models and pipelines to unify findings across sources.
• Develop prioritization and diagnosis logic for high-impact issues.
• Partner to deliver detection rules and threat hunting queries.
• Collaborate with Agentic Products PM team on new data sources.
• Define metrics to prove platform validity at scale.
