Job summary

Intuit is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define the strategy for agentic AI capabilities within TurboTax. You will shape how AI agents perform tasks, collaborate with customers, and build trust with non-deterministic technology at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing software products in AI or data-intensive domains.
• Experience shipping Generative AI or agentic AI powered products.
• Strong fintech/tax domain knowledge and data privacy focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year roadmap for agentic AI in TurboTax.
• Lead ideation and launch of AI features with engineers, data scientists, and tax experts.
• Define requirements for AI models, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Design experiments to validate AI effectiveness, trust, and user impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to align roadmaps and drive execution.
