Pinterest is seeking a Staff-level product leader with substantial ads measurement experience to define and scale full-funnel measurement capabilities for advertisers and creators.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, and PMM to translate objectives into measurable outcomes, and drive multi-quarter roadmaps that align data foundations, methodologies, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar, with 3–5+ years in ads/marketing measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and end-to-end execution for full-funnel measurement value.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, design, and PMM to launches and GTM.
• Build and iterate measurement products, define success metrics, and track adoption.
