As a Staff Product Manager, you will directly influence Calendly and help realize our vision of becoming a multi-product suite. This dynamic role demands clear communication, strong product sense, customer focus, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for driving strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives.

A day in the life of a Staff Product Manager at Calendly

This role reports to the Senior Director of Product. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, product marketing, customer experience, and leadership to meet growth, product, and customer satisfaction goals.

On a typical day, you will:

  1. Understand customer needs, craft a strategic product roadmap, and lead execution for new initiatives.
  2. Prioritize features and partner with R&D teams to develop new products.
  3. Coordinate with go-to-market teams for successful product launches.
  4. Drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention of new features.
  5. Define and measure OKRs and KPIs to inform strategy and planning.

What we need from you

  • 8-10+ years of diverse product management experience, preferably including startup and scale-up environments; founder experience in SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong product sense, UX expertise, and customer empathy; bonus if experienced with AI/ML applications.
  • Proven ability to build and scale SaaS products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
  • Experience in building monetized teams-based productivity solutions in B2C or B2B contexts.
  • Ability to work in our San Francisco office 1-3 days per week (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S., as we do not sponsor visas at this time.

Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area; collaboration in-office 1-3 days/week is highly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $174,300 - $282,800 USD annually, depending on location and experience. Compensation includes salary, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
