You will lead end-to-end experiences, set metrics, and drive cross-functional execution with a data-driven approach. You will focus on growth initiatives such as freemium scaling or Mid-Market expansion, shaping your charter by team needs and strengths.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in growth, SaaS, or B2B environments.
• Strong experimentation and A/B testing capabilities.
• Fluency in behavioral data, funnel metrics, and user behavior analysis.
• Experience applying AI/ML to personalize or optimize product workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experience and roadmap for your stage, tied to a clear metric.
• Deliver measurable improvements in activation, engagement, conversion, or retention via experiments.
• Use data and AI methodologies to solve problems and align the team on outcomes.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation loop across relevant surfaces.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate outcomes with AI and boost team velocity.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing on shared roadmaps.
